The bed is very comfy, receptionists are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast has a lot of Indonesian food varieties, I wish they could put more International breakfast also because I saw many foreigners were struggling. Overall, I am satisfied considering what I am paying for.

The staff service is friendly and attentive. Cleanliness is well maintained, and facility is moderate. The breakfast is moderate but enough for the day.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was complete (American style and Asian style), spacious rooms, good pool and gym, good internet signal.

the stay was so pleasant, have a nice stay there. it is close to JIS by car 5 mins! recommended to stay for the concert at JIS
